During the new edition of the Spain in the World 2026 course, which began last Monday, July 20, international analysts sought to answer these and other questions.
To explain Spain’s position on the international stage and to review the fundamental pillars of its foreign policy, Minister José Manuel Albares spoke from the Palacio de la Magdalena, in Santander, addressing the participants of the course.
