Public Agenda and TALENTO ESPAÑA have led this year’s organization of the Next Gen Forum, a pioneering initiative in Spain in which, over a weekend, we share diagnoses and solutions alongside business executives and institutional representatives from the millennial and Gen Z generations, anticipating future scenarios for those who are called to lead Spain.
With the collaboration of the Granada City Council, TRIVU, the Granada Provincial Council, Sabor Granada, T-Systems, TikTok, and beBartlet, the Next Gen Forum brought together more than forty reference leaders from the generations destined to lead Spain in the coming decades.
Councilor Enma López, deputies Ignacio Català (Community of Madrid) or Eduardo Carazo (Congress), the MEP Alicia Homs, in addition to mayors such as Alberto Escribano, of Arganda del Rey, Marta Farrès, of Sabadell, or Gael Rodríguez, of Portbou, drew scenarios about the Spain of the coming decades that we addressed through analysis and conversations shared with the readers of Public Agenda.
“An initiative aimed at generating the conditions for politics worthy of the moment: from insult to disagreement and from consensus to agreement”
From the hands of representatives of companies such as Ecoembes, ING, or Glovo, during a weekend we created the conditions to agree and dissent among different sectors and visions of a single reality. An initiative aimed at generating the conditions for politics worthy of the moment: from insult to disagreement and from consensus to agreement. An initiative with an next gen spirit and with the own DNA of Public Agenda.
The forum, presented by journalist Marc Calderó, also gathered the insights of Pablo González Ruiz de la Torre, Ignacio Rigau, Pol Gibert, and Marta Pascal, a member of the Public Agenda council. All of them, with different visions—sometimes complementary, often contradictory—represent the founding vocation of Public Agenda: to work together and to create better conditions for and by a better Spain.
