A new strategic window from Spain to boost Europe’s reindustrialization at a decisive moment for the continent’s economy. Madrid will host the Reindustrialization Symposium on October 29, an initiative by Agenda Pública and beBartlet, which already counts MOEVE and Engie as driving partners. Confirmed participants include the Minister of Industry and Tourism, Jordi Hereu; the MEP Susana Solís; the Catalan Business Councilor, Miquel Samper; the Aragon Economy Councilor, Eva Valle; and Members of Congress Paco Conde and Guillermo Mariscal.

Alejandro Labanda, director of beBartlet, announced this alongside Marc López Plana, editor of Agenda Pública, before a group of industry representatives. The symposium will explore how public-private collaboration can advance Europe’s industrial goals from a Spanish vantage point. In a context where Europe is redefining its economic and strategic model, Spain possesses a competitive advantage in energy that could become one of the principal levers for reindustrialization. The symposium will examine how to turn this edge into greater industrial capacity, reconciling the objectives of competitiveness and strategic autonomy amid the current geopolitical landscape.

This strategic window will bring together institutional leaders, the business sector, and experts to propel Spain as a model of economic success.
