Public activity in Filipstad

ACTIVISM. On Saturday, 24 April, a public activity was held in Filipstad in response to the Social Democrats’ decision to ignore a local referendum result.

On Saturday, 24 April, a public activity was held by Sweden’s Nest 5 in Filipstad. Activists and members went to a retail park to hand out leaflets and also stood at a roundabout with a banner.

The action was in response to a Social Democratic party decision to ignore a referendum result – before it even took place. The matter in question concerned whether two schools in Filipstad should be merged together. This drew a strong public response, involving the collection of names for a referendum.

A referendum will still be held, but only after the contemptuous Social Democrats have completed the school merger. Thus, a predominantly Swedish school will be merged with an immigrant school, regardless of what the people think.

Because the activists were divided into smaller groups, the activity was able to take place despite the coronavirus regulations that limit the number of participants at a public gathering.

It was unusually windy on the day, which those standing with the banner at the roundabout were made very much aware of when the wind whipped repeatedly at the canvas.

The activity provoked a lot of reactions. Many motorists who passed the banner in the heavy traffic beeped their car horns happily or waved at the banner holders.

The leaflet distributors also had some discussions with members of the public who were going in and out of the stores.

Overall, the day was deemed successful. Filipstad has been visited by the Resistance Movement several times before, and the town can look forward to new activities in the future.

The Resistance Movement does not fear the threats of the regime

RESISTANCE MOVEMENT. Fredrik Vejdeland explains how the politicians’ attempts to destroy freedom of association in order to stop the Nordic Resistance Movement are failing to impress.

Nordic Resistance Movement flags waving in the wind

Earlier this month, the Minister of Justice Morgan Johansson announced in a press conference that the Swedish government wants to stop participation in so-called racist organisations before the 2022 election. In other words, primarily the Nordic Resistance Movement and then all other organisations that oppose the population replacement and other criminal activities of the Social Democratic regime and their cohorts.

Morgan Johansson is a typical lackey in all respects – obedient and spineless. But the ruthlessness with which he is prepared to destroy all of our freedoms in order to satisfy his masters does not always mean that he is successful – on the contrary.

In this article, I want to explain why he will fail – again. By “again”, I mean that the Minister of Justice and the government were previously involved – through hired intermediaries – in the attack on the Tyr rune and the Nordic Resistance Movement’s right to demonstrate, as well as an attempt to sue us that cost millions of kronor. These two lawsuits led to the Nordic Resistance Movement’s biggest ever legal victories. They also wanted to brand the Nordic Resistance Movement a terrorist group – again, in vain.

Morgan Johansson, Swedish Minister of Justice
A dwarf is still a dwarf, even if he stands on the highest mountain. Morgan Johansson, Swedish Minister of Justice.

Regarding the attempt to stop participation in racist organisations, I would like to clarify three things in this text:

1. THE PROPOSAL CONCERNS THE DESTRUCTION OF FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND CONTRAVENES THE BASIC LAWS OF SWEDEN

There is currently a quasi-debate going on – both among the politicians who produced the proposal, and in the mainstream media that is supposed to convey information about it to the public. Via this debate, they want to fool people into believing that there are two different alternatives, which is ridiculous as these alternatives essentially lead to the exact same thing.

In their parliamentary committee, they have discussed whether they should attempt to criminalise racist organisations or participation in racist organisations. We are told that some of them have been more in favour of banning us than others. That’s why they have compromised, “in the spirit of democracy”.

Here I would like to urge everyone who might become a target of the ban – that is, everyone from National Socialists to critics of immigration – not to use the enemy’s narrative, and not to fall into the trap of believing there has ever been a better or worse proposal. Both lead to a ban of our organisation and the destruction of freedom of association.

No one will want to be a member of an association if they, through their mere participation, risk several years in prison. Thus, people are no longer assured of “freedom to associate with others for public or private purposes” (the Instrument of Government, Chapter 2, Section 1 – The Basic Laws of Sweden).

Vera Oredsson made the best comment about all this when the proposal first leaked, summing it up thus: “You’re not allowed to starve, but it’s forbidden to eat.” That’s the level it’s at.

2. A WEAK CASE

Furthermore, I consider it to be extremely uncertain as to whether this proposal will be passed and, if it does, whether the Nordic Resistance Movement can be subjected to a ban.

Of course, a majority of politicians will likely vote in favour of stopping political dissidents; however, all the experts on the committee are said to have been against the banning proposal, while senior lawyers, political commentators and media pundits don’t seem to believe in it either.

There are also experts who believe that the government may be able to pass this new law, but that it won’t be applicable to any current organisations, including the Nordic Resistance Movement.

It will also have to go through the Council of Legislation, which has previously stopped the government’s idiotic proposals. Here I’m mainly referring to when the government proposed a new anti-terrorism law, which was tailored to stop the Nordic Resistance Movement. According to this proposed legislation, people connected to organisations that “in theory advocate for revolution” and are composed of so-called right-wing extremists should be convicted on terrorism charges and sentenced to several years in prison. The Council of Legislation rejected the proposal because it believed it was in violation of… freedom of association.

In order to constitute a racist organisation, said organisation must also engage in racist persecution of other groups (according to an exception in the Instrument of Government law), which the Nordic Resistance Movement definitely does not do. Here, the government believes that it is enough for individuals within an organisation to commit incitement to racial hatred in order for the organisation to be banned. This is far-fetched, extremely complicated and hardly in line with Swedish legal tradition.

The Nordic Resistance Movement vs the World Jewish Congress
The World Jewish Congress controls Swedish domestic policy, resulting in the country’s government legislating against Swedes

In this context, it should also be noted that Morgan Johansson probably doesn’t even believe in this himself. It’s simply a case of his showing that he is loyal to his masters. If this whole thing goes through, it will be a bonus for them. If it doesn’t, the government can claim that they have done everything in their power to destroy the Swedish rule of law, but that its foundation was unfortunately too strong.

The fact that they are working on this proposed law before the 2022 election is not a coincidence. In the last election, the government engaged in undue election interference by pressuring social media giants to deplatform the Nordic Resistance Movement and its candidates. This time, they want to ensure that potential voters feel like they’re doing something forbidden and illegal, which can affect everyone from the Nordic Resistance Movement to the Sweden Democrats – or make owners of community centres think they might go to prison if they rent their premises to the Nordic Resistance Movement.

3. THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES – WITH OR WITHOUT A BAN

Morgan Johansson has been trying to ban the Nordic Resistance Movement since 2017, when the little lackey promised to do so in a meeting with the Jewish power movement’s front organisation, the World Jewish Congress. Ever since the Nordic Resistance Movement was founded in 1997, it has prepared itself for such a day.

During this time, we have gathered people around us with the mentality to be able to handle such a situation, as well as building a strong foundation. When parliamentary weaklings believe that a ban will lead to the organisation “disintegrating with time”, it’s just an expression of their inability to relate to us.

The columnist Åsa Linderborg, who comes from a different tradition, has a much more accurate analysis: “If the Nordic Resistance Movement were banned, they would do as their sister parties in Germany have done; redefine and reorganise, or go underground. In short: they will make a mockery of the state.”

There are obviously short-term disadvantages that come with a ban, but also a number of advantages that, if things go right (or wrong, from the perspective of the system), might turn out to be a great leap forward for the movement.

In conclusion, we do not fear the regime’s threats to ban us. We will reorganise and come out stronger than before – as we always have. The struggle will continue – with or without a ban.

Excursion and training in Norway’s Nest 1

SOCIAL ACTIVITY. Members and activists from Norway’s Nest 1 recently gathered for a rewarding day trip of socialising and physical training.

Training excursion in Norway NRM's Nest 1

During the course of the excursion, the group enjoyed a barbecue in the fine weather, held their monthly meeting and conducted martial arts training.

Discussions about current societal events were held, as well as team-building and a lot of socialising with great people.

The trip was pleasant as always, with a good atmosphere (and some bruises from the training). It was an enjoyable and productive weekend that also marked the start of the season for numerous wilderness hikes, both with and without overnight camping.

Protest action against the terror state of Israel

ACTIVISM. Sweden’s Nest 3 held a protest action in Kristianstad on Friday against the Jewish terror state’s attacks on Palestine.

For decades, the Palestinian people have been murdered, persecuted and oppressed in their own country by Jewish colonisers.

This week, the Israel-Palestine conflict flared up again after Israeli police stormed the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Throughout the week, Israeli planes and artillery have subjected the Palestinians in Gaza to an intense terrorist bombing that has led to hundreds of civilian casualties.

While other politicians in Sweden and the rest of the world choose to give their support to Israel, the Resistance Movement stands behind the Palestinians’ struggle for freedom against the Israeli occupying state.

As such, the Nordic Resistance Movement held a protest action in Kristianstad, Sweden, on Friday, in response to Israel’s terrorist attacks against the Palestinians.

The Nest 3 activists took up positions in central Kristianstad and laid an Israeli flag on the ground. Nest Chief Daniel Gerdås then held a speech highlighting the oppression the Palestinian people are suffering at the hands of Israel:

The Palestinian people are helpless in the face of Jewish imperialism, abandoned by everyone!

We will not stand silently by when the Zionists murder Palestinians and steal their land! We will not stand silently while the same foreign power murders our own people!

The Nordic Resistance Movement does not recognise the Israeli occupation state, and we support the Palestinians’ fight for freedom.

Long live the North!

Long live Palestine!

Death to Israel!

At the end of the action, the activists burned the Israeli flag, which drew shouts of joy from the audience.

Covid-19 informational campaign in Eastern Norway

ACTIVISM. Norway’s Nest 1 recently conducted an informational campaign in Eastern Norway.

A number of posters were put up in central Fredrikstad and Gamlebyen, and leaflets were placed under the windscreen wipers of parked cars. The leaflets warned about the dangers of the improperly tested Covid-19 vaccines, and provided informational advice to citizens.

During the action, there were discussions with both like-minded people and opponents, without any drama.

It was a pleasant and successful action in good company, which will naturally be repeated in more forms and in more towns.
