MEETING. Members of Nest 4 met in Östersund to train together and hold their monthly meeting on Saturday, 14 November.

It was a cloudy autumnal day on Saturday, but the mood was first-rate when the comrades assembled. The training began straight away with a thorough warm-up consisting of jogging, sprinting and diverse mobility exercises. After that it was time to pull on the boxing gloves for sparring and to practise punching techniques.

The participants then alternated in groups betweens sparring, rest and physical exercises such as push-ups and chin-ups. When most of the comrades were worn out, they rested for a while before the monthly meeting was held, after which everyone went out to eat. It was a very enjoyable and strenuous day, in addition to being very rewarding.
