On Sunday, the 14th of April, members of Nest 4 gathered in order to partake in the routine “activist test”. The running part was performed barefooted in order to teach the members how to run more ergonomically by using the body’s integrated shock absorber (i.e. by landing on the anterior part of the foot) instead of using the unnatural shock absorber forced upon us by modern running shoes (i.e. by landing on the heel).
Nest 4 strongly recommend all readers to give barefoot running a try!
