RESISTANCE MOVEMENT. We introduce the nationalist youth campaign that now stands under the direction of the Nordic Resistance Movement.
In late summer 2021, the nationalist but politically independent campaign Proud White Youth (Stolt vit ungdom) was launched. The goal of the campaign was to conduct propaganda activities in the form of stickers, posters and videos aimed at young people. The messages were simple, but incredibly important, and included exhortations to work out and fight back, as well as to avoid doing drugs and consuming pornography.
During the course of a few months, tens of thousands of stickers and posters were put up around schools and other well-chosen places frequented by young people, in at least 60 different Swedish towns and cities. Some of the locations included Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, Luleå, Örebro, Sundsvall, Eskilstuna, Halmstad, Kristianstad, Karlstad, Borås and Umeå.
Propaganda films were spread on social media platforms, primarily TikTok, and reached many thousands of users before the accounts were shut down one after the other. Apparently, according to Tiktok’s rules, it was hatred to encourage young White people to be proud of themselves.
The campaign has also been established on other social media sites and can currently be followed on Telegram.
The activism was partly conducted by members of the Nordic Resistance Movement, but also by non-affiliated young people. One of the many tactics during the campaign was to seek out young raggare (members of the Swedish greaser culture) and other White youths and give them bundles of stickers so they could spread the message further.
The campaign wound down towards the end of autumn, mainly due to the climate becoming less suitable for putting up stickers and posters, but since the beginning of April, it’s been going at full speed again. In the last week, it’s taken on a new dimension, as the Nordic Resistance Movement has now completely taken the project under its direction.
The messages are the same now as they were then. Proud White Youth, be comradely. Proud White Youth, be smart. Proud White Youth, be strong. Proud White Youth, fight back. But these are now accompanied by perhaps the most important message of them all: Proud White Youth – Join Us!
